In order to get all your advantages you will need to log in to your account at accounts.motocms.com. You should have received login and password for it when you purchased your Moto CMS template. Please note that for all your future actions you will need to use your administrative email address. Administrative email address is your login for accounts.motocms.com website. 

Support tickets

 

Click on My Support tab in your account at accounts.motocms.com and then click on Create request button. It will redirect you to our support portal where you can create new request. Please note that you will need to use your administrative email address in Your email address text field in case you are not logged in to our support portal.

You can track your active requests in your account by using "My Requests" section.

In order to review status of your request in more details you will need to log in to our support portal at support.cms-guide.com. Please use your administrative email address as login.

In case you do not know your password or it was lost you can restore it by using "Forgot my password" feature. In order to use it please open this page and use your administrative email address for password recovery. Once password reset request will be done you should receive an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.

Now you can click on "Check Your Existing Requests" button and see all your active tickets with us.

Free installation

In order to get free installation service for your templates you will need to log in to your account at our official website www.motocms.com. Once you open our website you will notice that you are logged in. Now all installations for you will cost $0.

Please note that our website will still display $49 price for installation but once you get to checkout page this price will be changed to $0.

Free website transfer 

In order to get a free template transfer from one location to another you will need to contact our support team by using one of the methods described above. Also if you forget to get an installation during your template purchase you can also contact our support team to get free installation. 

Support chat

You can get access to our support chat between 8 A.M. and 4 P.M EST from Monday till Friday. In order to open it you will need to click on My Support tab in your account at accounts.motocms.com and then click on "Open chat" button. It will open a new window where you will be able to communicate with our support representative.

We will help you with almost all your requests in chat system but if problem requires few hours or more to fix it we will need to forward your request into a ticket system. Please understand unique cases requires extra investigation and time to be resolved. You will receive a reply in support ticket during next 2 hours. Also such time consuming actions as Installation, Update and Template transfer can only be performed in the ticket system. 

Phone support

You can get access to our phone support between 8 A.M. and 4 P.M EST from Monday till Friday. In order to open it you will need to click on My Support tab in your account at accounts.motocms.com and then click on "Get a call" button. It will open a popup window where you need to input your phone number. During next minute you should receive a phone call from our representative.

We will help you with almost all your requests on the phone but if problem requires an hour or more to fix it, we will need to forward your request to our ticket system. Please understand unique cases requires extra investigation and time to be resolved. You will receive a reply in support ticket during next 2 hours. Also such time consuming actions as Installation, Update and Template transfer can only be performed in the ticket system.
