In your website preferences, in the “SEO Optimization” section you may activate Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools for your website. You can also track all the events of your Flash website by activating the “Enable flash tracking” option.
To activate Google Analytics, you should select the following option and enter your account information. If you haven't had your Google Analytics account yet, you can create it by clicking the “Create New Account” link. Upon your account activation you will see your website statistics and traffic from the Google Analytics control panel. Please visit Google Analytics website for more information.

Please, note that you should insert your tracking code correctly.
The “Google Webmaster Tools” is another useful feature for website analytics and SEO. Please follow this link for more detailed information. To take all the advantages of this feature, you should have a Google Webmaster Tools account that will help you to appreciate the “Meta Tag” and “File Name” fields. If you haven't had your Google Webmaster Tool account yet, you can create it by clicking the “Create New Account” link.

Another usefull thing for your site's SEO optimization is creating a sitemap. File sitemap.xml will be created automatically after you click "Generate Sitemap" button. This file will be stored in your site's root directory.

Many of our clients are paying a lot of attention to the keywords, which you can set for each of your site pages. Please, don't forget, that these keywords are not that important, as the page's content itself. Please, take care that the important keywords are present on your site's pages in the text and Rich Content Blocks, not only in the page's keywords table.
Another important thing is a page's description. A page description is a summary of what the page is about. And adding description Meta tag to each page of your website is always a good practice, as Google might use them as snippets for your pages. These snippets appear under the page’s titles and above its URL in search results.

You may also set the value of the “rel” attribute of a page to “nofollow” or “noindex’. It will tell Google that certain pages on your website should not be followed or indexed. Just check the boxes shown on the screenshot below and you are done.

Where can I find the Meta Tag for Google Webmaster Tools?
Thanks in advance
Jay
Hell Jay,
Please, create a new account for Google Webmaster Tools. Then register your site. Then you will get the webmaster tools meta-tag or the file (or both).
Best regards,
Kostas
