I have created a ticket 2 days ago and no one has replied. What should I do? If no one wants to help I would like a refund please.

I have been waiting and still have had no reply. As of now I had planned to purchase an additional 5 templates as well as an additional buy out of two other templates at 8500 dollars each. However, if I have to wait 3 days for something to be fixed and no one is offering to help me. I cannot purchase more templates. 

Please help me so that I can bring you more business!

Such error usually means that you haven't activated your product at http://accounts.cms-guide.com/ so please check if IP and domain name in your account are same as the ones, displayed by control panel.

I have the same problem and no response to my ticket yet.

I checked the IP and domain name, they are correct. And I can't activate the product, because the cms-guide.com does not know my username or e-Mail, although I got an email "Moto CMS: registration successful".

What should I do?

HELP!!!  I have the same problem!!!

I can't activate the product, because the cms-guide.com does not know my username or e-Mail, although I got an email "with username and password". 

I'm a bit in a hurry because this website must be online this week. 

A have made a ticket #17666 (24 hours ago) but I get no answer (maybe I'm too impatient ;-( sorry for that)

I hope for quick response

if so many peopla have the same problem  > wouldn´t it be a good idea to post some possible solutions instead of pointing out to "make a ticket"?

Hello Matthias,

Usually, such error occurs when customer is activating his template not in the correct way (using wrong IP address or website address) or due to the dynamic IP provided by his server. In both cases we need to have an access to the site's Control Panel in order to check and solve the problem. That's why we asking everyone to submit tickets.

I'm having major issues with this. I transferred from one host to another and it has become a nightmare. I've almost used up my product activations and I keep getting errors. I submitted two tickets and need help ASAP. I used binary transfer mode, changed permissions to 777 and removed precheck.php all to no avail. I need some real help here.
