You'll need to open moto.fla file in Adobe Flash, change publishing settings to publish a Windows (or Macintosh) projector and publish the file. This action will produce a moto.exe executable. Run resulting executable in a folder with template's file structure to make sure it works normally.
Now you'll need to burn template's whole folder structure except "admin" folder and moto.swf file to your CD.
