Thanks for your reply. I have followed the instructions per the video by entering www.mydomain.com/modules/ecommerce and I am directed to the home page.
I have also tried www.mydomain.com/ADMIN and after loging in then tried /modules/ecommerce and the result is the same.
If I login and type mydomain.com/admin/modules I recieved the following options:
An option to select an ecommerce widget is not provided. What step am I missing here?
Thank you!

Hello Justin,
Sorry, but have you purchased the ecommerce widgets already? Your template don't have it by default and, as far as I can see, you have not purchased our ecommerce solution yet.
It is cheaper when purchased together with the template.
Best regards,
Kostas

Tutorial works fine for first category in category menu. However the rest of the categories are not linking to the corresponding product list. They do nothing when clicked. Is there a way to link categories in menu to a page? I tried making my own text links to link to product listing for each brand, but then I lose the capabilities to change product details once the item is clicked on. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for your prompt responses!!! Great customer support!!! I've managed to link the categories successfully, however I now have three problems:
It seems the categories are loaded into the same holder inside a movie clip. Therefore, I have no option of creating a banner or any element on the home page because it remains on the page when the categories are clicked, and stays in back of the loaded product list. Also, when the product details lightbox widget is dragged onto stage, it automatically pops up the 1st product in the 1st category in the category menu when the home page is loaded. Lastly, the category menus don't display products on initial load of the home page. The shell of the product list with the "next page" and item count of the category is there, but no products. I'm unable to click the 1st category from the home page. I can click the second category, and then link back to the 1st category with the products displaying successfully, but not off the initial home screen. The URL when clicked on home page or after click on different menu category is the same. If there are simple solutions to these problems that would be great, if not, I'd be happy to open a ticket and have you take a look. Again, thank you dearly for your prompt responses!

Can you attach another payment gateway to the ecommerce widget to make credit card and/or bank payments, or is it only possible using paypal/google?

You can purchase it either in the same time with the template purchase, or here: http://templates.motocms.com/widgets/ecommerce/
It is cheaper when purchased together with the template.

Thank you for your reply, but this is not what I meant. I wanted to find out if I can integrate a payment portal like e.g. eWay at checkout?
Sorry for not understanding you!
Unfortunately, there is no such option for now. We will consider adding it in one of our future updates.
