Why it takes so long time to wait for a support's response?

Our CMS is making a very complicated thing (Flash programming) easy. Without our CMS you would need to study many years to be able to do the same edits on the Flash site, which will take just a few minutes and several mouse clicks - with Moto CMS. But CMS itself is a really complicated software which is dependent on customer's mistakes, server's "personality", etc. When it breaks - you definitely need some time and a lot of knowledge to repair it.

We are continuously working on improvement of our system, adding more functions to it and making it more and more easy to be used by unskilled people. We are continuously working on increasing the speed of our support. Off course our customers are expecting their problem to be solved immediately. But still, Moto CMS is really a complicated thing and immediate solution is simply not possible in most of the cases. It takes a lot of time (3 to 6 months) to teach and train just one supporter for Moto CMS, while the amount of our customers is constantly growing every day. We are doing our very best to improve our Knowledge base - so please, search for the answer you need and if there is a quick solution you will surely find it here.

Otherwise you need to wait for response. For now, the response time of our support is 24 hours. We would love to decrease it and we are working on this every day, 24/7. But sometimes things are not changing as fast, as we would like them to change. We really hope for your understanding and patience.
