Why don't we provide telephone or live chat support?

Dear Customer!

Unfortunately, we don't provide telephone support, because most of the problems which you may not be able to find in our Knowledge Base and solve them by yourself are too complicated to be analyzed and solved by telephone. Well, our CMS is a complicated thing. For example, our typical template has about 900 files by default - and each of them may cause the problem if something is broken or not fitted well. Also, many things are depending on the server's "personality" and unpredictable customer's mistakes.

It takes from 3 to 6 month to teach and train just one supporter for Flash CMS. It takes up to 120 minutes just to analyze the serious problem our customer may have. And up to 7 days to solve it. We're afraid it is not possible to stay on the phone or even on live chat connection for all this period of time. Live support is good... for the simple problems, not for the complicated ones. And we are solving more than a thousand complicated problems each month. For doing this with live connection we would need at least 20-30 times more supporters... And it takes from 3 to 6 months to teach and train just one supporter for Moto CMS.

We really hope for your understanding. And once again: we recommend you to search for the solution in our Knowledge Base. 95% of the questions you may ask are already answered here. Why to spend time waiting for response from us?

Best Regards,

Flash CMS Support Team

Hello Luke,

Thank you for your feedback and for advertising our system! Definitely, we have tried to make it in such way so even the child could learn how to work with it really easily.

Yes, you are right, our software is very easy to work with. But only when nothing is broken and everything is fitted well. When there is an error - usually 1 hour is far not enough even for testing of possible reasons for this error, even for the specialist who was trained to do this.

Best regards,

Kostas
