The thing is that the order of the tickets in our Helpdesk (the way we see them) is from the earliest replied to the latest replied. Each time you reply in your own ticket - by this you send it to the end of the line. Theoretically, if you will send reminder to us every 2 hours - nobody will notice your ticket ever...
We know such system is not really good. But unfortunately, we cannot change it for now - our helpdesk is not flexible enough for this. We're trying to work as fast, as possible. We are trying to keep an eye on all new, unassigned tickets. But still - you will not decrease our response time by sending the reminder to us, you will only increase it. We really hope for your understanding and patience.
