After you have purchased Flash CMS template you will receive an email from “Template Delivery Service” with following contents (example):

The source files within the template package are encrypted for security purpose. Please, use your transaction ID 6уguZlmР7mВТgсzhmZЕ2N to uncompress the archive.
Feel free to check out our vast knowledge base about how to work with our templates. In case you face any difficulties, you are always welcome to submit a ticket to our Support Team or talk to the support managers on live chat.
It's been a pleasure to work with you,
Take care!
Open hyperlink, provided in email to get to your template download page. It looks like this one:

Click the “Download template” link and download of your files will start. After it finishes, you will have an archive with your template's files.
NB: If you need an invoice for your purchase, you should click the “Get Invoice” link on this page to get it.
Please make sure that your server configuration fully meets the software requirements:
For the servers with PHP 5.2 installed:
- Flash Player installed, version 9.0.23 or higher
- Zend Optimizer 3.3
For the servers with PHP 5.3 installed:
- Flash Player installed, version 9.0.23 or higher
- Zend Guard Loader
If you are unsure whether your server meets these requirements, please contact your hosting provider for additional information.
Unpack files from your archive: you will see the “site_flash” folder, that contains files that you should upload to your server.
Open your FTP software and set its file transfer mode to binary. Please note that some programs don't support changing file transfer mode. In this case you should use one of the recommended programs: FileZilla, Cyberduck, WinSCP (refer to appendix 1)
Upload contents of “site_flash” folder to your server. Please note that you only have to upload the contents of this folder, not the folder itself.
Then visit your website and see the results. To access the control panel, add “/admin” to your site’s URL (example): http://mysitename.com/admin/ and you will see the control panel loading.
To launch the Flash CMS control panel you need to add /admin to the URL of your Flash site. For example, your website is located at myflashwebsite.com. So to enter your control panel you have to type myflashwebsite.com/admin in the address bar of your browser.

When you access the Flash CMS control panel for the first time, you will see the application progress bar and a server testing window. A quick setup process will start automatically. If the application fails to download for some reason or you get different errors, please refer to the Typical Errors list.
An automatic server test will start during the first run of the Flash CMS control panel. If there are no errors found, you will be guided through the quick system setup process.
An automatic server test will check if the server meets all the requirements and is compatible with Flash CMS. Normally it checks the PHP version installed, PHP extensions are needed and file permissions set. In case your server does not meet the requirements specified on the template preview page, you can refer the list of possible errors.

Possible errors and the ways to solve them:
PHP version is lower than required. This error occurs if the PHP version doesn't satisfy the requirements. In order to work with Flash CMS you will need PHP 5.2 or 5.3. If the PHP version installed on the server doesn't correspond to the required one, please contact your hosting provider.
PHP extension is not loaded. This error happens in case if some required PHP extensions are not installed. You need the following extensions to work with Flash CMS: spl, dom, reflection, mcrypt, curl, Zend Optimizer. These extensions are used by many scripts and in general are turned on by default. If by some reason something is turned off, please contact your hosting provider with a request to turn on all necessary extensions.
Maximum upload file size is set lower than required. This error occurs if PHP settings don’t allow uploading files of more than 2 MB. This parameter is set in a way that the files are uploaded into your control panel at their size, but the minimum they should be set to is 2 MB or higher.
Directory or file is not readable or writeable. Some directories and files should be readable and writeable so that Flash CMS could work properly.
Please make sure that permissions for the following files and folders are set to 777 (drwxrwxrwx for the folders and -rwxrwxrwx for the files):
admin/data/users.xml
admin/logs/
admin/xml/
admin/xml/all content
admin/config.xml
fonts/
images/
images/_preview/
media/
music/
xml/
xml/all content
config.xml
admin/_tmp/all content
admin/actions/backup/_backups/
Also, following files should have permissions set to 755 (-rwxr-xr-x):
/admin/actions/upload_media.php
/admin/actions/upload_fonts.php
/admin/gateway.php
The rest of the files should have the permissions set to 644. The rest of the folders should have the permissions set to 755.
The "View Server Information" button runs a file that displays all information about your server and the PHP version. So you can easily verify what options are turned on and off.
If some adjustments need to be performed on the server, the control panel will display a window with instructions on how to do so.

Normally the first Flash CMS startup leads you to the quick setup process. In order to set up your control panel, please follow the steps below:
1.Welcome to the control panel setup.

2. Choose the control panel language.

3. Create a new user account. You should fill in your user name/login, password and your email that is used to retrieve your account information in case you lose it (if you forget your password, please submit your email address for password retrieval).

4. Enter your website's name – it will be displayed in title of all of the pages of your website.

This quick setup process launches only once after you have used Flash CMS control panel for the first time. In other cases the system immediately goes to the activation check-up stage.
NB: The wizard should finish without any errors. If you happen to encounter any, please refer to Appendix 2 for further information.
After you finish setup wizard, control panel will continue loading and will eventually display activation window:

Now please note the values from the “IP” and “Domain” boxes – you will need them to activate the product.
Navigate to your mailbox and find an email from “Accounts”, containing the following information (example):

Hello Vicky,
Please, don't show your login details on public forum anymore, this is very unsafe! I would recommend you to change your Control Panel login/password now. Please, upload the attached empty users.xml file to your admin/data/ folder and then register your new login/password in the Control Panel.
As far as I can see, Ruin already have answered your question in your ticket. Please, contact us anytime!
Best regards,
Kostas
Hello Kostas,
I asked Ruin to delete this comment when I realice that it was a public forum... I could'n find the way to get in touch with you.

Hi ^ ^
It may be an obvious question but im developing a site for a client using a template i bought nad i have to make some modifications however after reading the installation guide i noticed that you have to activate the service using a domain and a ip, so my question is: can I use my domain and ip to do the modifications to the site and then change them to my client's domain and ip? or do I have to activate it with my client's domain and ip and then make the changes?
Thank you for your time.
Hello Rodrigo,
Template's control panel display your server's external IP-address and your domain name, visible to our activation server. So after re-installing the template IP and domain will be changed and you'll need just re-activate your product on your accounts page. It is not an issue and you should not worry about this.
Best regards,
Mathew Brown

Hi Kostas,
It's an SOS situation as we are stuck at a very crucial situation and there's no help from Helpdek provided so far. A little background here. We bought the flash template Plantilla 30005 and received the mail with download link for template. But we never received any mail about Flash Moto CMS License. Now my question is, do we get that mail at the time of purchase or after the installation of CMS set up?
It's an emergency situation. Help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Rohan
Hello Rohan,
Yes, this info should already be sent to you.
I have created a ticket for you and responded there. We need some additional info from you.
Best regards,
Kostas
What i cant figure out isthe following:
Do i need a locally installed Abode Flash? on my pc at home ? (no not the player!) nobody is talking about that and i get the feeling that i DO need it..... but no conclusive answers? please.... anybody?
Marc,
No, you don't need to have Adobe Flash installed. The Flash Player is just enough.
You may need to use Adobe Flash in case you are developer and want to make the deeper changes in the templates design or animations. Otherwise - Adobe Flash is not necessary at all.
Best regards,
Kostas
