What is FTP details?

FTP details are hostname/username/password for accessing your files on the server by using FTP client (similar to FileZilla). In case you don't know this info yourself - please, find out with your hosting provider, they should provide it to you.
FTP details example:
Host: ftp.hostname.com
Login: myusername
Password: ******
Please NOTE: you should not post your details right here, because anyone can see this topic. Please, provide your FTP details in your ticket.

I bought a facebook template, I paid for installation. What data you need to install it?

Please, provide your FTP access details (i.e. hostname, username and password) so we could connect to your server. If you are not sure about it please, contact your hosting provider asking them to provide this information.
Also you should specify the directory where we could install your template and provide facebook account login data in order to integrate your website to your facebook fan (business) page.

What if I have an up and running website and want it to continue until I have finished designing the new one? Should I have you upload the website to be edited in a folder not the root directory?

You can install our templates either on root folder or subfolder on your server. If you have any additional questions please subscribe new request and we'll answer shortly.
