Hello,

I've installed my template and moto yesteraday, template works fine , but after providing my user and password I can't acess the admin section...I'm stuck on engrenage icon with message load website swf (4/5)...

I sent a request to support - and I'm waiting for an answer -

I also installed Flash player debuger and I've noticed following message when I gest stuck on webiste swf (4/5) :

VerifyError: Error #1053: Illegal override of YouTubeVideoLoader in com.moto.template.common.view.components.loaders.YouTubeVideoLoader.

Then pressed continue and had :

VerifyError: Error #1053: Illegal override of AbstractMotoMenu in com.moto.template.modules.menu.AbstractMotoMenu.

Then pressed continue and got again :

VerifyError: Error #1053: Illegal override of AbstractMotoMenu in com.moto.template.modules.menu.AbstractMotoMenu.

I'm really stuck with that , tried to google this error ...seems related to flex sdk build on different version of the SDK...but I'not sure at all about that... I need to provide a link to my website on Monday to my prospect...hope won't be stuck to much time on that...

Thank you to help me...

Georges

Exactly the same problem as Sandra - mine was caused by the news module.  I dumped all the content, reinstalled 1.3, which worked fine, the did the upgrade again and the problem persisted.  Having spent $240 last month I'm rather annoyed that I don't have a functioning website.

Ok I solved my problem admin loading website swf and the loading website page stuck at 85% yesterday

A technician send me by mail the new release 1.4.0 before transfer the  all files into my FTP i deleted the all Moto CMS files and folders,

Then i upload the new one send by the technical support, then i upload my content.xml files plus the RSS Slot 'cause in the new release the RSS slot doesn't works.

Now each time then i change something into my website i do save the all FTP files into my PC specially the XML folder.

Good luck all,

Sandra

I see there is quit a number of people that seem to be having problems with there software I too downloaded 1.4 and now I cant even get onto Moto CMS at all, contacted support several times last night but have still not solved the problem.....I hate Email contact it just to confusing, it took over 100 years to develop the TELEPHONE and now were back to Morse Code only in a slightly different form. I'M DEAD IN THE WATER HERE  If or when I get back on this program I would be willing to pay someone to finish this web site for me.

Took them four days but they have got me back up and working.  Given the amount of problems they must have had with this update, probably not a bad response.  I lost all my content, but I had very little in thee so not a problem really :-|

@Sarl Harsan: I hope so, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. I just serve my clients and and as usual clients are just interested in results. http://chat.template-help.com does not offer support any longer for Flash CMS Templates but fortunatly i had a superb Agent there (thanx Mary) and with her help and

finally the CMS Guide Support i solved the Problem with

- clearing the browser cache -

Hope this helps anyone else, too!

Hello everybody,

If you are having issues loading your website or control panel after recent update, it may be that old website files are cached by your browser and prevent correct loading of the site (control panel).

You need to clear cache in your browser and try loading the site (control panel) again. In most cases this action will help you load website (control panel) normally.

In case clearing cache does not help, please upload update package to your server again, clear cache in your browser and visit the site.

If none of mentioned actions helped, feel free to submit a support ticket.

Kind regards,
Alex

Yes Clearing the Browsers Cache did work.

After the update to version 1.4 from 1.3.3, the admin control panel loaded and worked correctly, however the website preview would load to 85% and stop.  Now after clearing my browser cache (google chrome), it is now working!

Note: I also cleared my adobe flash player website storage at the same time, not sure if that was needed or not?  I found a link to it under the "clear browsing data" in google chrome, which took me to a separate page: "http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html"

Good Luck!

I never had a problem with the admin panel... it was always the preview. just a blank, with a bottom border and invisible content. I tried clearing the cache, as suggested... no change. admin access OK, but still no preview :(

I have the same problem on 1and1 hosting: can't access control panel, stuck on "loading website swf 4/5" after login in.   Reuploaded template, tried different browser, cleaned cache and submitted ticket - no success.

Reply from customer support is following:

"Hello Alexey,

Please make sure you;ve copied it without any extra spaces. I just logged in with
password: XXXX

Best regards,

Not sure what should I do - Please help!
